Lunch and DSO Concert, Sunday, February 18

Mancini Music Concert:

A concert at the DSO, "Mancini at the Movies," will be held on Sunday, February 18 at 3:00 p.m. There will be a Princeton Club luncheon prior to the event at 1:00 p.m.

The concert features music from "Breakfast at Tiffany’s," "The Pink Panther," and "The Thorn Birds" — all classics whose character was defined by the beloved music of Henry Mancini. His daughter Monica performs his greatest melodies, illustrated with clips from the movies. To attend, please RSVP to Dr. Seemant Chaturvedi '85 (schaturv@med.wayne.edu). A Delightful Holiday Party!

Members, family and friends enjoyed a cozy gathering of about 30 attendees at this year's holiday party, which took place yesterday afternoon. Our Club President, Seemant Chaturvedi '85, led the festivities, and provided a brief overview of the club's increasingly favorable state of affairs.

John Teeter, the ASC chair gave us an update on ASC activities.  

And the games began...

John's table won the "picture trivia" contest. Everyone received a nice picture frame.  

Seemant's table won the "question trivia" part of the games. Everyone received a Tiger candle, as shown by Seemant's daughter (lower right) 

Dr. Yaoyun Shi *01 S*03 received a gift for most junior alumnus in attendance.

George Boller '64 won the grand prize for most senior alumnus in attendance (Excuse the reach, Seemant!)
